Spa Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients and staff, please review and adhere to the following policies: 💳 Deposit Requirement All bookings require an online payment in full. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your payment will be credited or refunded. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-shows will result in a 100% penalty. ⏰ Punctuality Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten your treatment time or result in cancellation at your cost. We kindly ask that you leave the spa promptly at the end of your session to allow for proper sanitation and preparation for the next client. 📋 Health Forms & Spa Etiquette Completing your health and consent forms is mandatory before receiving any service. This helps us customize your treatment safely and effectively. Respect for our team and other guests is essential. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
